Recipe: Low carb avocado pasta for keto diet

One of my favorites is the keto diet it’s a lifestyle for me. I love the low-carb diet, I do a lot of sports like swimming as well. It’s helping me stay fit and lose weight as well.

Keto diet only problem you can’t buy procesed food, becouse they are full of carbohydrates, so you will need to cook. It’s a lot of time in the kitchen, so if I find a recipe which i can do about 5 mins, It’s very good.

I like pasta and avocado as well. I eat a lot of avocados, not just taste good, but It also has a good amount of fat, which is essential for the keto, or TB12 Method.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup konjac noodles or rice
  • 1 avocado
  • fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 sesame oil

Low-carb pasta

First, just wash the konjac noodles or rice and put them in a pan.

Second, grab a blender, put the avocado, basil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil, and mix together. Easy? Yeah 🙂

Put the avocado mix on top of the konjac noodles or rice, and stir on low heat until it’s warms up.

When you put it in the plate you can put cheese on it, It’s really good with parmesan.

If you like spicy, you can put chilli in to the blender with avocado.

5 mins and you have a fantastic meal, which not just tastes good, but it’s healthy and suitable for a lot of diets.
